Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Deft.is ("Service") operated by Deft Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Enterprise access may be governed by a separate order form, service agreement, or written commercial arrangement with Deft Technologies. Any plan limits, reporting features, support terms, and fees will be defined in that agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel access due to suspected abuse, service availability issues, or other legitimate reasons.

Paid Enterprise services, when applicable, are billed according to the commercial terms agreed with Deft Technologies. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Failure to pay undisputed amounts may result in service interruption after reasonable notice.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Deft Technologies reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We will provide advance notice of any price changes through our website or via email to give you the opportunity to review the changes and cancel your subscription if desired. Continuing to use the Service after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing structure.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you transmit. The Service may not be used for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: phishing or scam websites, pornography or adult content, illegitimate betting and gambling, or copyright infringement. We actively monitor for abuse and cooperate with law enforcement agencies to prevent illegal activities. We maintain transparent relationships with authorities and will share relevant information when legally required or when there is a threat to public safety. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or are engaging in suspicious activities.

The Service and all its contents, including software, code, text, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, audio, and the overall presentation are owned by Deft Technologies, our licensors, or other providers. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. By using our Service, you acknowledge these rights and agree not to infringe upon them. Additionally, by creating an account, you grant us permission to use your company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes, such as featuring you in our customer showcase or marketing materials.

All share links generated through our Service (deft.is) are owned and managed by Deft Technologies. We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or delete any share link at our discretion, particularly in cases involving security concerns, brand compliance, suspected misuse, or to maintain the integrity of our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where links are used for malicious purposes, contain sensitive information, or violate our Fair Use policy. We may also reclaim links that have been inactive for extended periods or when necessary to protect our users and maintain service quality. By using our Service, you acknowledge that share links are provided as a temporary service and do not constitute permanent storage or ownership rights.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranty of title, merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and fitness for particular purpose. While we strive to maintain high availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

In no event will Deft Technologies, our affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Service, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profit, or business opportunity related to the use or performance of our Service.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
